Welcome to the Artisan Enterprise LLC website. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site, requesting an estimate, or hiring us for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Artisan Enterprise LLC provides residential and commercial:

Roof installation, repair, and replacement
Gutter installation, cleaning, and maintenance
Solar panel system installation and consultation

All services are offered subject to an on-site evaluation, materials availability, and local code compliance.

2. Estimates & Proposals

We offer free written estimates based on a property inspection or provided photos.
Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Once approved, a formal Service Agreement will be issued for your signature before work begins.

3. Payments & Billing

Payment terms will be outlined in your Service Agreement.
A deposit (typically 25–50%) may be required before work begins.
Remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payment via credit/debit cards, checks, and ACH transfers.
Late payments are subject to a 5% monthly interest fee after a 10-day grace period.

4. Scheduling & Delays

All project timelines are approximate. Delays may occur due to weather, material shortages, or permit delays.
We will notify clients promptly of any schedule changes or issues affecting project delivery.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel a service up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date without penalty.
Cancellations within 48 hours may incur up to 15% of the project cost for administrative and labor planning fees.

6. Warranty & Guarantees

Roofing and gutter labor is warrantied for up to 10 years, depending on the service type.
Manufacturer warranties for materials (e.g., shingles, solar panels) are passed on to the client.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect, improper maintenance, natural disasters, or third-party alterations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Artisan Enterprise LLC is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to your property
Consequential damages due to delays, material failure, or misuse
Unauthorized modifications by third parties

Maximum liability for any service is limited to the total cost paid by the client.

8. Use of Website

All content on this website (logos, text, images) is the intellectual property of Artisan Enterprise LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
You agree not to upload malware, spam, or disrupt website operations in any form.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected with a revised "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
